Smart Legal Document Service specializes in the professional and timely delivery of legal documents requiring Proof of Service Affidavits to the courts. Our staff consists of former Federal, State, and local law enforcement professionals with extensive training and experience in finding and dealing with people of all walks of life. Our Process Servers always present themselves professionally and treat individuals being served in a polite and courteous manner. Respect for others is a high priority, and it also lowers the intensity level during the actual service.
We charge a flat rate for the service of each defendant depending on the geographical location of the individuals or businesses to be served. We do not charge for mileage or multiple attempts. We will continue to attempt service if there is viable information indicating it can be completed within our service area. If the court of jurisdiction uses an e-file system, we will e-file the Proof of Service for you.
We will make every effort to complete the service in a timely manner, however, if service cannot be completed within a time limit set by the court we will assist you in resetting the matter if possible.
